Description

Produced through traditional bottle fermentation, this junmai sparkling sake uses a touch of white koji, which lends a citrus forward brightness to the aroma of lemon, lime, and green apple. The palate is crisp and dry, layering flavors of citrus, pear, and melon into a clean, mineral finish. Brewed in Hiroshima near the coast, it carries fine, persistent bubbles throughout.

Imada Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd

Hiroshima
Tomuhisa is very small, but it is a store that brings only high quality sake for ginjo brewing. The main ingredients are local -produced sake rice from Hiroshima Prefecture. In particular, we are also focusing on the resurrection of the oldest local variety of sake rice, "Hachikusa Hatanso". Akitsu -cho, Hiroshima Prefecture, where our company is located, is the first village of Mr. Hiroshima, who produced sake with soft water for the first time in Japan and produced Senzaburo Miura, the father of Ginjo Sake. With the tradition and technical skills inherited for more than 100 years, the appeal of Hiroshima Ginjo has been transmitted to the world.
