Hachikusa has been cut off for more than 100 years, but the seed rice has been stored in the Gene Bank in the Agricultural Experiment Station in Hiroshima Prefecture, and has been increased to one tank over six years. After that, we have contracted with farmers in the northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, which are suitable for cultivation, and continue cultivation. "Tomuhisa Junmai Junmai Daiginjo Dizzuku Myoka Wakaze" is a special luxurious liquor that collects only drops dripping from the sake bag of Junmai Daiginjo, which has been polished up to 40 %.
