Description

A female brewery who has been involved in Fuji Shoju breweries for over a dozen years is a special pure rice sake that has been carefully built with the executive of the supervision supervised by Tori. This year is the third year of challenge, pursuing the taste she wants to drink deliciously. The degree of sake is more than sweet, but when you drink it, you can enjoy the refreshing aroma and taste harmony. Using Shizuoka yeast, the taste of rice and the fragrance derived from rice neatly draw out the soft sake quality that makes use of the soft water of Mt. Fuji is easy to drink. Because it is a raw sake, please cool it down.
