Description

It is a pure rice Ginjo that uses 55 % rice polished rated rime "sake komachi" rice suitable for sake brewing in Akita Prefecture. As the aging progresses, it has a fragrance that does not get tired of drinking, and a refreshing sake quality. The upper tank with Yabuta -type machinery. The alcohol content is adjusted to the 15 -degree range, and once it is fired, it is lighter and more sharp than Junmai Daiginjo.
