Description

It is a pure rice Daiginjo that uses a 50 % rice polishing rate of rice "sake komachi" rice suitable for sake brewing. As the aging progresses, it has a fragrance that does not get tired of drinking, and a refreshing sake quality. The upper tank with Yabuta -type machinery. The alcohol content is adjusted to the 15 degree level, and the carbon -free filtration has been commercialized once.
