ESHIKOTO is an original brand of Ishidaya Co., Ltd. ESHIKOTO AWA 2018 uses 5 million stones from Fukui Prefecture, fermented sake brewed with black dragon brewing techniques for more than 15 months, and ripped after dating. It features a transparent and dry taste and a fine elegant foam by aging.
