Description
Enshu is a table sake from Hamamatsu Shuzo named after the historical Totomi Province name 'Enshu,' which designates the Hamamatsu region of western Shizuoka. The brewery, founded in 1871, uses locally developed Shizuoka yeasts and Homarefuji rice, Shizuoka's own sake-brewing rice variety. The Enshu label serves as an accessible, regionally rooted expression from a brewery known for the more elaborate Shussejo premium range.
