The Arata Kisui (Fresh Pure Water) Junmai Murokanamagenshu from Fuji Shuzo in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, is made from Tsuya Hime rice at 70% polish and bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized for an approachable yet vibrant pure rice character. Founded in 1778 and now in its 13th generation, the brewery brings the same commitment to freshness and authenticity to every tier of its extensive muroka nama genshu lineup.
