Description

Eikan (Glory) Shiramayumi is an everyday sake made from Hida Homare polished to 70%, with a rich, slightly full-bodied flavor and good depth that holds up well when warmed. Hida Homare, developed in 1972 specifically for the Hida region, contains high starch content that produces sake with satisfying umami. The north-alpine soft water running beneath Hida-Furukawa gives the finish a clean, crisp edge.

It is to make more people know our sake inscription "Shiraminbi". This also means protecting traditions, and also means evolving and pursuing quality. "Shiramin Yumi" has a lineup of Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai sake, Honju, ordinary sake, sparring sake, and seasonal sake, but they all have a rich and clean aftertaste. It has been evaluated.
