Description
A doburoku (unfiltered cloudy sake) brewed with rice from Tokyo, polished to 70%, at a brewery in Minato Ward that revives a sake tradition dating to 1812. Made with rice, koji, and water only, with no additives, it is bottled at a relatively low 13% alcohol with a gentle, naturally sweet flavor reminiscent of amazake.
