Description
Dainagawa Junmai Ginjo Natsuzake is a summer sake from Dainagawa in Yokote City, Akita, a brewery founded in 1914 in a region known as the village where gods dance. Using Akita rice at 55% polishing, this summer expression draws on the brewery's two proprietary house yeasts, D-29 (apple-fruity) and D-121 (fresh pear), and Akita-style cold fermentation for a refreshing seasonal character.
