Daiginjo Ryomensukuna

🍶
Description

Named after the dual-bodied deity of Hida legend, Ryomensukuna Daiginjo is produced by a Takayama brewery that has brewed exclusively ginjo-style sake since 1695. The Hida spring water and ginjo-only heritage yield a sake with a full, mellow fragrance, molasses-like sweetness on entry, and a firm dry finish.
