Murai Joz Co.,Ltd

Ibaraki
The sake of our brewing has been pursuing the original taste of sake, which makes the most of the goodness of rice and water, and has reached a slightly dry sake today. With the strong commitment of the 12th president of Shigeji Murai, we value the "incense" with a faint fragrant product when it is included in the mouth. Recently, the “standing incense” that smells as soon as the plug is opened has become the mainstream, and has a tendency to have a particularly strong scent as good sake. Even in these recent trends, we continue to brew with a little dry, and then brew with a particularly focus on the fragrant “incense”.
