The Phoenix Genpei Junmai Ginjo Sake is made using the water of Oshimizu, which was selected as one of the 100 famous waters of Echizen -Ohno, and 5 million stones from Ono City, which was made with contract cultivation. It is Junmai Ginjo Sake. It has a good balance of fruity scent and sweet acidity, and features a mellow and rich umami. It is finished in pure rice Ginjo sake that does not get tired of drinking because it is sharp but soft.
