Named for the legendary Oita-born yokozuna who won 69 consecutive sumo bouts, Daiginjo Futabayama uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 35%, the finest expression in the Futabayama lineup. Produced by Oita Meijo in Usa, Oita, it presents a clean, crisp character with refined daiginjo aromatic qualities.
