Description
This junmai ginjo nigori from Iwasakishuzo in Yamaguchi is an unfiltered cloudy sake that retains fine rice sediment suspended in the brew. Made without added alcohol and brewed to ginjo standards, it combines the aromatic lift of ginjo-level fermentation with the creamy, textured body of nigorizake. The cloudy appearance and gentle sweetness come from residual rice particles left in the bottle.
