Description

Choseimai Chokodaigin 20 is an extraordinary koshu daiginjo from Kuze Shuzo, aged over twenty years in the historic brewery founded in 1786 in Ishikawa Prefecture. The extended maturation in cool cellars transforms the sake into a richly layered elixir with amber hues, caramel depth, and a refined, persistent finish rare even among aged sake.
