Description
Chiyonomine Komomaki from Fujimasa Shuzo brings a traditional seasonal style from this 1866-founded brewery now situated at 900 meters on the Asagiri Plateau in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka. Brewed with Mt. Fuji spring water at Japan's brewery closest to Mt. Fuji's summit, it reflects the cool highland terroir that distinguishes Fujimasa's production environment from any other sake brewery in Japan.
