Chichibukojiro Karakuchi is a dry sake from Taise Chichibukikusui Shuzojo in Saitama's Chichibu region. Chichibu's mountain spring water, flowing from the Okutama highlands, provides excellent brewing water that shapes this clean karakuchi (dry) expression.
