Named after Sasaki Kojiro, the legendary swordsman associated with nearby Chichibu, this everyday sake is brewed at this Saitama kura founded in 1625. Produced with limestone-filtered spring water from the ancient Chichibu mountain range, the house style offers a soft mouthfeel with persistent, clean umami. A long-established local label from one of Saitama's oldest surviving breweries.
