Bon Shiboritatehatsuyuki Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Gohyakumangoku is a freshly pressed winter sake from Saiki Shuzo, brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice native to the Hokuriku region including Fukui. The name 'first snow' captures the seasonal spirit of a newly pressed namagenshu, bottled at full strength without dilution or pasteurization. Gohyakumangoku lends a light, clean rice character alongside the lively freshness of the namazake style.
