From Yoshimoto Jozo in Tokushima City, this daiginjo draws on the brewery's 1872 founding philosophy of hand-crafted production using carefully selected local ingredients. The Bizan label takes its name from the mountain overlooking the city, and the daiginjo represents the pinnacle of the lineup.
