Description
Beppin Junmai Daiginjo Yukimegami is brewed with Yukimegami, a Yamagata-developed sake rice variety whose name means 'snow goddess,' bred specifically to perform in cold-climate fermentation. As a Junmai Daiginjo, it is polished to at least 50% and brewed without added alcohol, letting Yukimegami's naturally elegant aroma take center stage. This is a flagship expression of Yamagata's pride in its own indigenous rice varieties.
