Description
Bansui Kinin is a standard-grade sake from Yokozeki Shuzo, the smallest sake brewery in Saitama, located in Misato-machi in Kodama District. Founded in the Meiji era, the brewery produces its Bansui and Tenjin labels in very small quantities sold almost exclusively through the brewery directly.
