Description

Produced by a Saga brewery that ceased operations in 1989 and was revived in 2009 when the owner himself became master brewer, this junmai is made using soft underground water from the Taku mountains and contract-grown local rice. The revival focused on approachable, well-balanced sake that steadily built a following from its first years.
