Description

A limited nakadori (middle-run) expression from Azakura Shuzo in Akita, this Tokubetsu Junmai muroka genshu draws only from the freely flowing middle section of the pressing process, where balance and purity are at their peak. Using Akita Sake Komachi polished to 60% and bottled without filtration or dilution, it delivers the full-strength character the brewery is celebrated for.
