Description

One of Azakura's driest expressions, this Tokubetsu Junmai muroka genshu uses Akita Sake Komachi polished to 60% and is bottled without filtration or dilution to deliver a sharp, assertive dryness at full fermentation strength. The choumakarakuchi (ultra-dry) style is achieved through thorough fermentation that leaves minimal residual sugar in the sake.
