Description

Azakura's Sparkling sake uses Fuku Hibiki, an Akita-developed sake rice polished to 60%, to produce a light, effervescent sake with the clean character of Akita's cold-climate brewing. The naturally carbonated style provides a festive, refreshing alternative to Azakura's more intense muroka genshu expressions.
