Description

Junmai sake that uses 100 % of rice from Ayagawa -cho, Kagawa Prefecture. In order to leave the flavor of rice firmly, the rice polished rice rime at 80 % has been reduced to 80 %. It is a rich sake with a condensed rice feeling. In particular, the compatibility with spicy dishes such as meat dishes is outstanding.
