Ayakiku
Established in 1790 in Kagawa Prefecture, Ayakiku Shuzo is one of the oldest sake breweries on Shikoku Island and has been designated a tangible cultural property of Kagawa Prefecture for its preserved historic buildings. Since its founding, the brewery has brewed sake from locally grown rice and regional water, maintaining a deep connection to its hometown while producing both its Ayakiku and Kunishige labels.
