Aratama Seisen - Honjozo sake from Wada Shuzo Co., Yamagata
Description

Honjozo brewed from locally sourced general rice polished to 70% at a brewery established in 1797 in Kahoku-cho, central Yamagata. Soft water from the sacred Mount Gassan brings a fine-grained texture, and the sake carries a straightforward dry flavor that stands up well to both chilled and warmed service.
