Yukigesho Junmaishu Aratama

Yukigesho Junmaishu Aratama - Junmai sake from Wada Shuzo Co., Yamagata
Description

Junmai brewed entirely from Yuki Gesho rice, a Yamagata-grown variety polished to 65%, with Yamagata yeast driving a moderately dry, mellow fermentation. Soft water from Mount Gassan brings a fine-grained texture, and the moderate acidity with a hint of rice sweetness makes it versatile for both cold and warmed service.
