Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% is fermented at low temperature to produce this daiginjo from Gunma Prefecture. The brewery uses subterranean water from the slopes of Mt. Akagi, and the sake earned a consecutive Excellence Award in the Ginjo category at the Kanto-Shinetsu Tax Bureau Appraisal.

Kondo Shuzo Co.,Ltd

This is the only small brewery founded in 1878, which remains in Niimama City, Ehime Prefecture. It is located near the "Tsunaga Fuchi", which was selected as one of the hundreds of famous waters in Heisei. It is the only local sake in Niihama in the soft soft water pumped from the 110m underground well and the sake brewing rice produced by contract farmers in Niihama city.
