From Suehiro Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, a brewery founded in 1850 that holds nine facilities designated as registered important cultural properties. This sake is crafted at the historic Kaei-gura with contract rice from roughly 50 local Aizu farming households and water from the Seaburi Mountain aquifer.
