Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki are combined in this freshly-pressed junmai ginjo shinshu, capturing the vivid, unaged character of the new brewing season. Produced at a Yamagata brewery in the Oguni district using local mountain water and Yamagata yeast.
