Junmai brewed from 70% polished Yamagata-grown rice, blended at precise ratios to perform equally well chilled or warmed. Firm and slightly dry in character, it earned a gold prize at the 2016 Zenkoku Kanshu Contest and shows its best quality in a gentle nurukan.
