Tokubetsu Junmaishu Tetsunomichi (Iron Road) references the ancient iron-sand smelting history of the Kuji River valley in Iwate, where Fukurai Co. has operated since around 1907. This tokubetsu junmai is built on locally grown Iwate rice with a firm, mineral-inflected backbone that echoes the region's iron heritage.
