Takakiya Ginnosato Junmai Ginjo Namazake is an unpasteurized junmai ginjo from Hamashima Shuzo, capturing the fresh and vibrant character of sake before heat treatment. Produced at the all-handmade Bungo-Ono brewery in Oita, it draws on the Ginnosato designation to evoke the silver-harvest landscape of the surrounding rice-farming region. The namazake presentation preserves the lively aromatics and bright acidity that define the sake immediately post-pressing.
