자가 재배한 야마다니시키를 50%까지 도정하여 저온에서 천천히 발효시킨 긴조슈입니다. 구마모토 효모를 사용하여 온화한 향기와 부드러운 맛으로 완성되었습니다. 음식과 함께 즐겨 주셨으면 하는 바람에서 알코올 도수를 15도로 조정했습니다. 차게 식힌 후 상온에서 마시는 것을 추천합니다.
