Shokou Junmai Ginjoshu is a pure rice ginjo from Kumazawa Brewing Company's Shokou series in Kanagawa. Brewed without added alcohol and with rice polished to ginjo standards, it carries the series' characteristic sense of subtle brightness and clarity.
