A shiboritate ginjo produced at the Shirakabegura using the brewery's proprietary flower yeast (hanakoubo) fermentation, bottled fresh without heat treatment to preserve the lively, just-pressed character. The flower yeast imparts a distinctly floral aromatic quality.
