Sakunohana Daiginjogenshu is a daiginjo genshu (undiluted) from Sakunohana Shuzo in Nagano, built from Yamada Nishiki polished to 39%. Bottled without dilution at full brewing strength, it retains the concentrated elegance and fragrant complexity that have established Sakunohana as one of Nagano's most respected daiginjo producers.
