Okura Iroha Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Goju Murokanamagenshu is an unfiltered, undiluted, unpasteurized junmai ginjo from KK Ookurahonke in Nara, brewed with Miyamanishiki rice at 50 percent polishing. Without charcoal filtration or dilution, the sake retains its full natural concentration and raw freshness. The Miyamanishiki rice contributes an elegant, slightly mineral backdrop to the vibrant namazake character.
