Okura Iroha Junmai Daiginjo Oyamanishiki Yonjugo Murokaseinamagenshu from KK Ookurahonke in Nara uses Oyamanishiki rice polished to 45 percent, bottled as an unfiltered, undiluted, unpasteurized namazake. The muroka designation means no charcoal filtration has been applied, preserving the natural color and complex flavor compounds of the sake. This raw genshu expression delivers an intensely fresh, full-concentration character with pronounced fruitiness.
