Nouhime is named after the wife of Oda Nobunaga and produced by Nihon-izumi Brewery in Gifu's subterranean sake cellar. Brewed as a tokubetsu honjozo using Nagara River aquifer water, it is described as soft and mellow with a gentle, rounded mouthfeel best enjoyed as a warm sake.
