Funaguchi direct-draw junmai namagenshu using Omachi rice at 60% polishing ratio, bottled at high alcohol straight from the funaguchi without filtration or pasteurization. Grape-like aromas, the characteristic mid-palate weight of Omachi, and a clean acidic finish define this limited release.
