Brewed at Japan's northernmost sake brewery using soft subterranean water drawn from the Shokanbetsu mountain system, this futsu-shu is milled to 65%, a higher standard than most table-grade sake. The result is a clean, gently full-bodied pour with soft umami and a crisp finish.
