Kujinoyama Daiginjo is polished to 40% and brewed with the pure water of the Okukuji mountains in Ibaraki Prefecture at Nemoto Shuzo. The Kujinoyama brand, named for the mountains visible from the brewery, defines the premium range of this Ibaraki kura.
