2011년에 전량 준마이 양조장으로 전환한 유키쓰바키 주조가 손수 빚는, 쌀과 쌀누룩과 물만으로 만든 준마이주입니다. 니가타현 가모시의 맑은 환경에서 키운 쌀의 감칠맛을 직접적으로 표현한, 담려 우마구치의 질리지 않는 한 병입니다.
