Takanoyama no Hannyato Hatsusakura Hizoshu is a long-aged reserve sake from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, sold under the venerable Koyasan Hannyato label that has supplied sake to the sacred Buddhist mountain community for generations. Carefully matured over time, it develops a deep, mellow character with rounded sweetness distinct from the brewery's fresh offerings.
